    I walked in and was greeted at the front desk were I was asked what I would like, I was then seated. This is where things went down. There was no instructions to what she was doing no talking. However she was talking to a work colleague but in a another language, it looked very unprofessional and a little rude. I do not recommend. There was little communication. 1/10 stars

    We used to be regulars at this shop since the products were great (albeit expensive). One day we had a look at a pair of sunglasses on a big spin around shelf on top of the counter. The shelf fell down on top of my baby boy. It hit just over the eye and we ended up going to the emergency. The staff was very unhelpful and rude. They would not even apologize, and even less sort out the problem with the dangerous shelf. 4 years later my son still had a scar in his face.

    I was not able to make appointments after hours so had to take half a day off work to have an urgent laser treatment. Because I arrived 9 minutes late through peak hour morning traffic I was told I would have to be rescheduled to another day, because all appointments had been made "backtoback" for the day. I felt as though my health and time came second to the business profits. I have also not come across any specialist who charges prices anywhere near as high as charged by this clinic.
