Hello! I am Melissa Gray, the Accredited Practising Dietitian for Whole Green Health.
I have always wanted to work in a field where I can make a difference to people’s lives. With a growing love for food and nutrition I decided to move from a background of nursing into Nutrition and Dietetics. I am passionate about guiding you through the nutritional information maze using my evidence based knowledge. I want to work with you to find a healthy lifestyle that suits you.
In my spare time I enjoy modifying family favourites into nutritious meals, perusing local farmers markets, running or practicing yoga.
I have been following a plant-based lifestyle myself for a number of years and have a passion for helping those wishing to transition or those who are already following a plant-based diet to thrive.
